Hi all,
This happened to me when I did an upgrade from 3.0 to 4.0. However, I clicked on retry and the program proceeded to install without any issues.
I'm wondering why this error came up. After doing some hunting on the web I found this article:

It says that the problem is fixed in the latest rollup for CRM 4.0.
IS Micorsoft really stupid or what?? How can install a rollup for CRM 4.0 if I haven't even installed it yet??
Sorry, just had to vent my frustration..
