change internet address

I have changed internet providers and I need to update passport and one care live. Where do I do that? I cannot receive alerts from the internet addredd on file. My new address is

You should create a new Live ID - https://accountservices.passport.net/ppnetworkhome.srf?vv=550&lc=1033 since you can't change the e-mail address of a Live ID or Passport. In your One Care subscription the Live ID cannot be changed. When your current subscription expires instead of renewing create a new account using your new Live ID.
