Can't track email attachments RRS feed

  • We are getting an error when trying to track emails from Outlook (button Track in CRM) that have attachments.


    My system is set to 5,120 MB and the example I am using has two attachments of 2MB and 313 KB.  After 15-20 seconds of wait the error is "A(n) SQL Server error occurred.  Try this action again. If this problem continues..."



    Possibly another symptom of this issue, we suddenly can't go offline.

    "An error occurred during Offline Synchronization. Try going offline again, or restart Microsoft Outlook. SoapException happened Server was unable to process request..
