Adding a new deployment administrator using a SQL query RRS feed

  • Question

  • How would you add another deployment administrator to CRM 4.0 if the only deployment administrator account has be deactivated in active directory. Is there a way using sql to add a new deployment administrator.

  • As far as I'm aware, the mechanism for adding Deployment Adminsitrators is secure enough that you won't be able to add one via SQL. The only way to add a deployment administrator will be to reenable the existing deployment administrator account, and use that to add another deployment administrator via CRM Deployment Manager
