Widnows 7 Ultimate x64 With All Patches
Internet Explorer 8 (Please note that (1) IE8 is still offically supported by Microsoft and (2) IE9/10's combined address/search box -- besides make searching much less efficient -- introduces unacceptable security problems.)
It takes almost a minute to refresh. I constantly get a popup box:

The filter checkboxes on the left side are just about unuseable. Cllick on one and wait two minutes. Try to uncheck one and check another and wait five minutes.
Is there anyway to use these forums or do I have to use one of the third party forums to ask and answer questions?
