I have installed windows xp sp2 genuine software(operating system). While installing i found the reply from machine that one of the file was missing. Now I am getting blue screen error. then i have installed all updates including WIN SP3. till i am getting blue screen error. I want replacement of the oem software. is it possible without paying extra price ? By means of download? What is the solution? MDK
your might have a corrupted disc. The only way to get back another copy is via your hardware vendor. Contact your hardware vendor immediately to ask for a replacement. You might have to pay for a media replacement cost.
Alternatively, i have heard from the community that the ISO file can be downloaded by searching the search engines. Or you could ask around if any of your friends have a copy of it. If you look into the EULA, you're allowed to keep a legal duplicate of the original disc. Make a copy from your friend while retaining your original disc and license.
