    one of our users has a problem with her email display name but is receiving emails fine.  Some senders from outside the organization receive email with wrong username and I just received another complaint from a different sender outside the org, that when she sent email to this user all looked fine but when she looked at her sent items it had the wrong display name(one of our other user's display name.)

    I had MS look at it before, and he said all looks fine in Exchange and maybe a reboot would help.  But it hasn't.  I had this user send a test to a gmail account and came in fine.
