I need to see all the CRM contacts when i click on People.How to link them

i log in to https://portal.office.com ,top left corner there will be square .when i click on that there is a button(Icon) linked to the people . when i click on that i need to see all the CRM contacts even though it is not assigned to me

Then you'll need to sync all active contacts from CRM to Outlook and not just My Active Contacts.
