Outlook Client 4.0 problems

hi,
I have a problem concerning Outlook client for crm 4.0.
My Outlook was running fine but when i installed outlook client 4.0, it began to crash : when i go Offline if i try to delete an email, i can't but when i get Online again it's shown to be deleted; second thing is that loading takes too much time. Also when i'm using CRM outlook, it stops responding sometimes.
I had to uninstall it because of all these problems.
Is anyone having these problems?
I never had them with Outlook Client 3.0, is it related to Outlook client 4.0 only?
How can i fix these problems?

Thanks for your reply but i'm sorry these blogs are discussing issues different from mine.
I think my issue is a bug in CRM 4.0. Do you think there is a patch fixing it?
