  • Hello krisypooh187,

Your Diagnostic Report shows Vista as Genuine and I do not see an error codes.

When you say "i enter my product key many times and it is saying it is invalid" are you taking about Vista or Office?

--If you are talking about Office, please see the FAQ post "Not a Valid Product Key" error in Office" at http://forums.microsoft.com/Genuine/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2603444&SiteID=25

--If you are talking about Vista, would you explain (in detail) what you are doing when you receive this message.

    Thank you,
