off topic - watching a RealPlayer video on my computer

Does anyone know why I cannot watch the RealPlayer video on my computer? I have downloaded the way they said to. I even ran a test and that worked. It keeps coming up with the message "Connection to server has been lost. You may be experiencing network problems". But I am on the site and everything else works there. I am trying to watch the Live feed of Big Brother on CBS.
