Find survey results in SQL server RRS feed

  • Hy,

    Where I can find the results in SQL of a survey that create? the location is in the principal web page

  • Hi Juan,

    The supported approach is to use the SharePoint Web Service to retrieve the data using the GetListItems method. If you go down the unsupported T-SQL route then you will need to query the AllUserData table to get the survey (list) items.

  • Just to reiterate & add some more point in Paul's comment, Direct querying of SharePoint Content database is NOT recommended & supported. If you are not familiar with SP Object model, another but easy way to get the List data by using SSRS in SharePoint integrated mode where you can just mention the URL of the list & you will get the data in report.

    select * from lists where tp_title='your list name' run in wss_content_database
