  • Question

  • I am trying to redeem my "Bonus Pack" and I am receiving error messages.  I have a genuine copy of Vista Ultimate on a computer that was purchased before sept 30th.  I have been unable to connect to the internet until today.  This product was purchased from a local pc builder, within the promo period and better be a genuine copy of windows or I have something to discuss with my local pc shop.  Please let me know what I have to do to redeem this offer as it was a major part in my decision to purchase this machine and opperating system from this manufacturer.

  • Click on the blue Vista start button and then click on Help and Support.  In the Help and Support Search Help box type Activate and press your enter key.  Then click on Activate Windows on this computer.

  • Hi David,

Looking through my log, it appears that you attempted to redeem the offer for Vista Ultimate rather than Vista Home Premium. You should be eligible for the Vista Home Premium offer. Please try your redemption again, and let me know what happens.

    Best regards,

    Jenifer
