MS CRM 4.0 + CRM database entry when we install Outlook client against the user RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    Is there a way to identified some entry in the CRM DB about the Outlook client against that user which we need to identify and remove in order to allow the outlook client installation for that user profile on a new laptop.

    We have a scenario where we are trying to install Outlook client profile on new system but the problem is that this user profile has already been configured on other laptop which is stolen. And they are trying to install Outlook offline client on the laptop. They are mainly concerned with Offline client on the laptop because they are always on the move and that’s the reason they have not tried online client on this new laptop.
