new virus can't be detected by onecare RRS feed

    onecare can't detect this virus " w32.euis"

    please help me  to  update the program

    i do this from 3 or 4 days ... but there nothing

    please help me to remove this virus  w32.euis

    i contact microsoft 15 day ago .  i send e-mail message to microsoft to solve this problem

    there is not result

  • Did you open an email support case? What is your case number? Have you checked your junk email or spam folder for a response from support?

    Are you a subscriber or a trial user of OneCare?

  • w32.euis virus is not a "virus" at all its just a small program who can lock off some program/registry but its not harm at your system at all thats why the anti virus can't detect, w32.euis can be clean just use "SYSTEM RESTORE" on Windows Safe Mode, the "w32.euis" will try to close SYSTEM RESTORE but fortunately it can't be close by the w32.euis just wait after SYSTEM RESTORE finished and the "virus" will gone forever. its works for me and sorry for my bad english i'm indonesian.
