    I live in milano ,Italy and brought a pc (with vista home premium sp/1 Italian version).are there any ways to chenge oem Italian to English with out pay. if no, can i upgred my pc to vista eng. version.(but in Italian use for tv pal sys.)

    pls. help me ?

    You would need to purchase a "Full English Version" of Windows Vista and perform a complete "clean install".
