CRM 2013: Lead Activity Panel - Can custom fields be added to the new Phone Call form RRS feed

  • On a Lead form, the central panel has a social section.

    One part of that section is Activities.  Users can use this to create a very quick Phone Call.  The functionality is to allow quick entry and close the call automatically.  I can see how this is great for sales guys.

    However, we have a custom Score field on Leads and this is incremented by a custom option set which contains "Hot", "Warm" and "Cold".

    I thought the phone call form would be available in the Phone Call entity and that I could add this additional field.  I can't find it.

    Does anyone know if the form is there for editing and where it might be located?
