CRM 4 Performance Issue - primarily Service Activities

  Hi

  We have a CRM 4 deployment (Rollup 19) and are experiencing significant performance issues around Service Activities, generic errors when trying to search for a Service Activity – although tracing was turned on. Issues also arise when trying to save and close Service Activity records. Workflows are not always creating Service Activities either.

  Any ideas would be appreciated.
