Site permissions / cookies and site data

Question

In the current version of Edge Chromium v. 80.0.361.54, under Site permissions / cookies and site data, you can "Allow" or "Block" web sites. The cookies of "Allow" sites are supposed to be stored. However, when you close Edge all sites all sites "Allow" and "Block" are deleted. Chrome does not behave that way.
