MCP passed exam history but not updated

I've passed my 70-687 & 70-410 . but before shown in my credentials exam history (70-687 only). but now doesn't show any thing including MCP ID all so...
please help me..

With going through the MCSE 2012 series of exams, I've found things much slower to update on my MCP transcript than with previous exams. Not sure if this is from Prometric or Microsoft. If it's been more than ten business days, send an e-mail to mcphelp@microsoft.com and include the details of your exam and MCP ID. You will need to scan a copy of your exam results and included that to help expedite the process. Will take three or four days, but that should get the latest exam to show.

It can take some time after passing the exams before they appear on your transcript as Iain already explained.
Beside emailing them you can also contact your local Microsoft support center:

i'm waiting for 20 day's after that i got e-mail from Microsoft ,
& now updated........
