I'm Web and software developer, Now am building a web application , so am i'm asking, if I'm free to use the Segoe UI font on my website, or is there any license because i don't want any problem for future reference

I'd like to confirm:
What do you mean by "use the Segoe UI font on my website"?
If the Segoe UI font is not installed in your web server, you cannot use the font. This is not a matter of license.
And it's no use to define the font in your HTML, CSS, etc. because it depends on whether user's computer has the font or not in order to see/show the Segoe UI Font. When the font is in user's computer, it doesn't have a license matter.
I think you don't have any license matter, as far as you don't publish/provide the font file (SEGMLS2.ttf etc) to others.
