Here is an problem i have been trying to solve since one month
I have one worm as W32.Netsky.P@mm!enc which is running in the Windows 2000 server where Exchange 2000 server is running
As i know that this is a mass mailing system which will continuosly send mails to unknow address and i did't found any of the symptoms of this worm that the .exe file is running or any other .dll file is supporting that .exe file to run and play the role of sending the mails through the SMTP service which itself will be creating in the system
if any body knows about this please do send me the response for this how can i remove this worm manually or through any tool
actually i have got some worm removing tools and also malware removing tools and also the FxNetsky.exe file which is given by the symantec is also not able to find it and any of the tools is not able to find that
so any one of them please do send me the procedure for removing it
