Hi,
I purchased "Microsoft Action Pack Subscription" on Nov 29.
Then I access the URL they provided to get the technical contact ID.
I then use that ID to activate MSDN subscription, but always failed. The system said " Whoops! Unrecognized Subscription Data Entered". It has already been 6 days since my purchase so what is the problem?
I try to contact the support of MSDN, and they send an auto-reply saying they will give me an answer within one business day. But now two days passed and no one answered me at all.
