  • I've only ever used SelfTest Software for preperation.

There's no prerequisite that you must do prior to taking this exam.

The 70-515 Self Paced Training Kit is good.

    These two links are great:

Visual Studio 2010 and .NET Framework 4 Training Kit – http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=23507

    Microsoft® Visual Studio® 2010 and Team Foundation Server® 2010 RTM virtual machine for Microsoft® Virtual PC 2007 SP1 – http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=18867

This is also quite good as well: http://www.certsandprogs.com/2010/03/mcts-web-applications-net-4-70-515.html#axzz1XDQjZzfv

Only a little bit of warning: take a look at the exam objectives, because they cover some technologies that you may not have used in your previous experience, such as MVC or jQuery. Of course, it is perfectly possible that you are already familiar with this features, but if you are not, make sure that you study and practice with them a little bit before you take the exam.
