% of Space

  I have been unable to get the required amount of space %.  I have cleaned up "c" disc and tried to defrag but it keep telling me that i do not have enough % of space which is 15%.  i have deleted the files using space that i do not need.  I am at wits end.  Can you please advise me on this matter.
