Hello nito666,
Your HP/Compaq Presario computer currently has a nongenuine installation of Windows XP Pro and a nongenuine installation of Office Professional 2003.
Does your computer have a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) for Windows affixed to it? If so, what is the version and edition of Windows listed on the CoA? Do not post the product key.
Do you have any Office Professional 2003 materials such as a retail box, hologrammed installation discs, a CoA affixed to the retail boxtop, the product key printed on a yellow-orange Proof Of License label, etc? If so please tell us, but do not post the product key.
