This might be useful : http://www.kingswaysoft.com/. It allows you to connect to CRM using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). SSIS can probably read an oracle database directly, but failing that I guess you could migrate to SQL Server first and then use it.
I can't really answer any questions as I haven't used it or SSIS but a colleague of mine has had some success using it to migrate data (from SQL Server) into CRM. I believe it works with attachments also. Of course you would still need to map the source/destination data.
The support has also been very good.

Hi,
You may also want to check COZYROC SSIS+ library for SSIS. It includes adapters for both Dynamics CRM and SharePoint. If you are doing one-time migration you don't even need to purchase a license. The product is used in more than 50 countries around the world.
Good luck with your project!

Thanks John.
Its means i have to convert or restore my oracle data into sql server first then go for migration into CRM 2011 ? or by writing SSIS we can directly connect to oracle db and migrate to CRM db(sql).

I believe you may be able to connect directly to Oracle, but unfortunately I'm not really familiar with SSIS either. If you google it I think you'll find some information.Tuesday, July 24, 2012 1:43 PM

You could also try SPL DataMover, it has plugin connectors to read directly from Oracle databases and import into Dynamics CRM 2011 and onwards.Monday, November 2, 2015 9:13 AM
