Objects vanishing in sharepoint RRS feed

  • Question

  • So essentially we have a relatively basic process when it comes to our product flow process sheet.

The sheet is uploaded to SharePoint and approved. It is then saved and moved to our server (not SharePoint). The problem is that the objects are disappearing when attempting to open the excel file on the web or when trying to save the excel file from the web.

*Not all users have this issue, it seems as though users with Microsoft 365 may not have these issues.

**This is unviable as going forward we will be publishing these documents to SharePoint; not all users at this company have the capability or authority for office 365.

Which version of SharePoint are you using? I can move this thread once I know where it should go to.

  • Hello,

For the sake of completeness, (this is the "where is the forum" forum, after all)

This could be asked in the Sharepoint 2010 forums or the Sharepoint 2013 forums
