  • I put a ContentPlaceHolder below the footer for the editor to live in. Also, the slide tween could be faster.

    The slide tween should be faster. It reminds me of the entereing of a dungeon in Zelda when it crawls up.

  • Or just speed up the transition. I think the visual feedback of the slide is good, it is just a little slow. A pop up might not be as clear, and might be missed on a (mostly) empty page... My 2 cents.

  • Ah, then you deal with pop-up blockers. :-( Either way, there needs to be a way to view the thread for the writer to contain context. Of course, I'm not saying that this is the best way.
