Client Access Licenses

  I have a server running Windows Server 2008 R2 and we need to open up remote Desktop Services so all of our users can simultaneously use it.  However, when they log in, they'll be using 3rd party CAD software and Quickbooks (the only Microsoft products they'll be using will be Outlook, and the operating system).  My questions is this - do I still need Client Access Licenses?  And if so, how much do they cost per user/device?
