Live mesh on Mac causes LAN network to slowdown

Question
-
I installed Live Mesh on my Mac, in addition to my Work laptop running XP, a home laptop running XP and my Windows Home Server.
All files and folders are synchronizing without concern. The big problem however is that my home network slows to a crawl when Live Mesh is running on my Mac. It does not exhibit the same behavior when Live Mesh is running on the PC's (Which is always). I had to remove Live Mesh from my Mac in order to restore normal internet speed to my network. This was the result of troubleshooting that had me replacing many components on my network like router, Vonage modem, Gigabit switch, until I finally isolated the problem to the Mac, and then to Live Mesh on the Mac. I want my Live Mesh on the Mac back. I think it beats Apples Me service hands down, so please fix this so I can get back to normal. Let me know if there are other information I can give you.

Is this the first time you are syncing on the mac? If so, and if you have a lot of data in your mesh the slowdown could simply be due to the amount of data Live Mesh needs to download for the initial sync (causing a slowdown until it completes).
If not (since you said that everything is syncing fine) I would submit a bug with your logs, to lmprev@microsoft.com...
To get your logs from the mac (instructions from the main forum page): click on the Live Mesh icon in the top-right corner of your screen and select Collect Live Mesh Logs. This will generate a .zip file on your desktop.
If you have access to Connect then submit it there, otherwise ask for access from lmprev@ and you'll be able to submit a proper bug as well as the email.

This is not / was not the first time I sync. I have removed the actual program from my mac, I am now using the browser only on my Mac. Can I collect the information / logs some other way or do I have to re-install live mesh to do it?
Thank you.

From what I know the logs would be gone from your machine - and you'd have to reinstall and replicate the problem for the logs to indicate what the problem is :(
I wonder if Live Mesh got "confused" and was resyncing a lot of your existing content, causing a slow down?
