    I purchased a windows live one care microsoft system but I am unable to activate it because I do not live in the list of countriesprovided. How can I activate my product key.

    In order to activate the Live OneCare with Product Key for other countries.

    Close all the applications and internet explore.

    open internet options-- under general tab--languages--Remove the EN-Us and Add the Country you are in.
    Save the settings and restart the computer.

    now you will be choose the locate your country--
