Totally Frustrated with Microsoft OneCare

Hello,

Can someone please tell me how to report a recurring problem Message 8059? Trying to reinstall OneCare on my computer and It keeps taking me in circles. First it tells me to complete installation and when I try to do that it tells me my Product Key is already in use.

This has to be the most frustrating installation process I have ever used.

Any help appreciated.

Hello Gary, to complete activation do not re-use the product key, use the Live ID and password originally used to subscribe to One Care. If you cannot recall the LiveID and password used to subscribe, support can retrieve the correct Live ID and password using your product key.
