Outlook.com not receiveing emails

Question
-
Hello,
Sorry but I didn't find the correct topic for my question.
Our clients are not able to send email to Outllok.com.
For example (real scenario):
The email edigma@casagrande.pt is not able to send emails to vitor.aos@outlook.com.
The email servers responsible for sending this emails are:
- mail01.edigma.com
- mail02.edigma.com
At the moment we are not in no SPAM server, can you please check what is happening between Microsoft servers and our servers?
Best Regards

JMH3143 is correct. The people with access to the accounts are on Answers.microsoft.com. If you put a link to where you posted it I can mark it for escalation there.
