LiveID Authentication or Authentication Mode selection for Customer Portal RRS feed

    I am having trouble with authentication for Customer Portal. I get this error when I try to sign in:

    Windows Live sign-in is unavailable
    Windows Live ID sign-in is unavailable from this site, so you can't sign in or sign up from this site. The site may be experiencing a problem, or it may not be a member of Windows Live ID.
    You can sign in or sign up at other Windows Live ID sites and services, or try again later at this site.

    I tried to follow the documentation instructions on this, but the live.azure.com application setup has changed, so I'm not sure how to complete the setup for liveid auth.


    What do I need to do for Liveid Authentication? OR, how can I switch to username/password authentication?
