Error while validating my MCP transcript RRS feed

  • I have MCP ID and access code. However while logging I get an error

    Error: Unfortunately, we were not able to complete this transaction. Some of the information may be missing or incorrect. Please verify your MCP ID and access code (be sure to delete any blank spaces when cutting and pasting), and then try again.

    Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

    Log into http://register.prometric.com. After logging in, click Update Personal Information to make sure the email address that you record on your Prometric profile is the same email address that you will use to log into the MCP site.

    If you can't log into Prometric, call them. Here is the contact information for Microsoft exam candidates:

    Have all your information ready. They will help you get this resolved.
