Slight backstory: I am a SharePoint Developer/Consultant that has been tasked with setting up a mortgage company's CRM online environment. I knew nothing about CRM before that.
I am programmatically importing all of their contacts, phone calls, and leads into CRM from their old homegrown system. They currently have a form they fill out right after an lead is qualified to an opportunity. It is currently a PDF and has fields that
relate to the "property" (new custom entity), "opportunity", and "contact". I am creating a business process for them and a step would be to complete this form. I have set up Sharepoint - Dynamics Integration, and I am assuming
the form would live in SP. What I don't know, is how to come up with a solution. I am not looking for a handout, just looking to be pointed in the right direction.
