  • The system admin role cannot be modifed, and all items would be turned on. Please provide some specific details so we can help you. What are you clicking on etc to get the error.

  • Hi,

Are you using 3rd party internet lead capture solutions? in CRM 2011 on-premise version there is no internet marketing lead capture solution available, by default it is only available in CRM 2011 Online version for US customers and Canada.

  • Hi,

Are you using 3rd party interntet marketing solution for Dynamics CRM? because as mentioned before CRM Internet Marketing by default solution is only available for online versions. You may also refer the webpage which explains to use CRM Customer Portal for internet lead capturing in case of not using CRM 2011 online or Non-Us based CRM online customers: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/emeadcrmsupport/archive/2011/07/05/internet-lead-capture-with-crm-2011-for-non-us-customers-partners.aspx

  • We are using the hosted solution, I have posted this 3 times now. Please stop posting on this thread as you are adding no value to us trying to find a solution.

  • Hi,

I did post only for clarification that if you are using the hosted solution then this error is may be generating by the 3rd party solution (you may also considering to contact with the 3rd party solution vendor for this) and if you can provide any further details then it would be helpful in finding the solution.

  • We're using Microsoft's hosted CRM from Microsoft. There is no 3rd party solution. I have posted the details of the error. I don't know what else you are looking for - but it seems to be a Microsoft issue.

  • I wonder if this is related to login problems as indicated on the Azure Service Dashboard:

    http://www.microsoft.com/windowsazure/support/status/servicedashboard.aspx

Scroll down, there's issues with North and South Central US.  If the Internet Lead Capture is hosted on Azure, that might explain the problem.

UPDATE: My specific instance of Online does not have Internet Lead Capture installed yet, but going to the Activation link did work.  Internet Lead Capture is indeed hosted on Azure.
