Status.msi

Question

I recently installed Onecare and program seems to be working fine except I now have a lingering Status.msi window
that simply won't go away with any key. It just hangs. I tryed unistalling and reinstalling but it's still there.
I think it's code: 0019-80070643 . Can anyone help? Thanks.

The 0019 error indicates the One Care firewall component did not install correctly. See this Microsoft Knowledge Base article to help trouble shoot the issue - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/930159/en-us
If you are still unable to install One Care please contact support. How to reach support - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2421771&SiteID=2

Thanks for your reply. I've tried the cleanup utlity you sugguested and unistalled onecare but the staus window
still lingers around. It seems to be looking for a network resource that is unavaiable. But no press of key will make
it go away. I'm not even sure if the 0019 was the only issue. Are there any other avenues I can pursue?
Thanks again, Poppy
