Activation of Windows 7 x 64 (Re-install)

Question
-
Problem occurring after formatting the HD and re-installing. I've tried using the oem, unsuccessfully, and also using the automated phone activation, also unsuccessfully, as the installation ID wasn't recognized.
What do I need to do now?

Looks like you reinstalled using retail media and the OEM_SLP Key you found using a Keyfinder utility - this cannot work.
You need to change the Product Key to the one on the COA sticker on the machine's case (or inside the battery compartment), using the Change Product Key link at the bottom of the System properties page.
You may need to activate by phone.
