Problem with connect to Gmail via Microsoft office RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I am trying to configure my gmail account via Outlook with no success.

It used to work fine till few days ago.

I tried almost every thing - delete the profile, re-install outlook, change my gmail password, auto configure and manually configure.

Nothing helped and I really don't know what else can I do.

    Appreciate any help.

    Thanks,

    Einat

  • Hi Einat Kidron,

Which protocol do you want to use, IMAP or POP3 for your Gmail account in Outlook?
There is a difference between IMAP and POP3... Server name, port number, security settings...
Please check if correct values are set in your Outlook.

Gmail POP3, IMAP and SMTP settings
