  SBS 2003 questions go to the SBS newsgroup at microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs

  (Standard WSS 3.0 does not offer an SBS 2003 User account creation wizard. If you now have completely standard WSs 3.0 not running in an SBS 2003 environment, you will have to get used to not having functionality that was provided by the WSS 2.0 (SBS version) and SBS 2003 combination.)
