    my computer has a spy ware program running and it has infected everything. I want to download your free virus protection software and it won't allow it. How do I get rid of the spy ware? It will not even let me open  my control panel to remove it if I see it there. It is called Sysinternals Antivirus . PLEase help!

    If you can get on the Internet, visit the web site of one of the major antivirus companies and use the online scan that many of them offer.  Trend Micro's HouseCall is one.  http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
