ok now i boot up and the drive sys liek drive d: is gone its there in computer management the extra drives linking to 1 but how can i reput it back together without loosing any data
At this point, I think you should try to recover your data first (see the FAQ post: How to recover data after server failure), then do a New Installation/Factory Reset once you've backed everything up on on a separate drive. NOTE: New Installation/Factory Reset will format all drives when you install the OS, so make sure you have everything off of those drives first.- Proposed as answer by kariya21Moderator Saturday, January 2, 2010 1:36 AM

Is this for Windows Home Server? If so, you should power down your server, re-connect all of the drives, power up the server again, then see if there are any File Conflict errors in the Console. Also, what are the component numbers in the Console? (Settings button, Resources tab)
If this has nothing to do with WHS, you should post your question in the appropriate OS forum.Sunday, December 27, 2009 3:17 AMModerator -
