    I have an older webcam, LifeCam VX-500.  I recently purchased a new HP desktop with Windows 10.  I can't seem to reinstall my webcam.  Is there a problem making this older model webcam work with Windows 10?

    Hello,

    I'd ask LifeCam.

    You could also ask in the Windows 10 forum on Microsoft Community.

    As the Microsoft Community is on a different platform, we cannot move the question for you.

    Once there, click on Participate near the top of the screen, and select 'Ask a Question' or 'Start a Discussion'
