  • I have a problem with games on Windows 10. The game stutters and you can only hear the sounds. In the event log I have:

    Asking this question in a SharePoint 2013 forum is probably not the best choice to get a decent answer. 

    I doubt that the performance counter event is related to your gaming problems. But it might be an indicator that your system has undergone some upgrade or modification that has corrupted the OS. 

    Start by making sure that you have applied all of the available Windows updates. 

    If the game "stutters" then you need to check your system performance to see if something else is monopolizing cpu/memory/disk.
