Account Advanced Find - Start Time Search - Exclude Previous Month RRS feed

    Hello,

    I am doing a search on advanced find where I search for accounts that have had appointments in a particular 4 week period using the start time field, e.g. start time on or after 04/06/15 AND start time on or before 04/07/15.  

    How could I exclude accounts that had an appointment in the previous month?  

    Basically I want my search to return all accounts that had an appointment between 04/06/15 and 04/07/15 but did not have an appointment between 04/05/15 and 04/06/15.

    Hello Roar,

    I believe this is a similar issue to the one presented in the below thread. While this is not possible directly via Advanced Find, you can create a Marketing list in order to do this. Essentially you'd start by adding the accounts within your period filters, and then use the "Remove with Advanced Find" functionality to remove the ones from Last Month.
