Question

the CRM2011 server have two organizations,when I used crm2011 for outlook connected to the crmserver,it only shows one organization,
can anyone tell me what's wrong with this?

Is the user active in both organizations? Are both organizations active? What URL are you using for connection?

hi Jamie,which user should active in both organizations?I used administrator for two organizations.
and the both organizations are active.

I guess you are right,Jamie.I used a account named as user01 to login the domain,but the user01 didn't add to the CRM Server,
though I havn't try this,but it probable as you said.
