Unable to download MsMoney Plus Deluxe after restore of Vista, Office, and all other programs--no CD to do it RRS feed

    I purchased MsMoney Plus Deluxe 2/09 and had to restore my computer to factory settings.  I have no CDS and MsMoney doesn't recognize my order number or my e-mail address.  I was able to have it e-mail me the password I used, but I was still unable to use that to redownload MsMoney Deluxe 2009.  The site I got to send me my password then said it was invalid when I entered it.   I purchased extended download service, but I can't download the files.  I was able to download a trial of 2008, but it is missing months of data.  It ends at 3/09.  Please help anyone.  I already have two e-mails out to customer service on Microsoft's site.  Please help since I can't balance my check book except manually if I don't get it this month.

    This is the Windows Home Server forum, so unfortunately this is not the correct place for you to ask your question.

    You might want to check if there is an MS Money forum and ask your question there or faiiling that continue to chase where you purchased the software from.
