Save & Close on Appointment not working on On Premise

  We have an on premise environment, The save & close is not working for the appointment entity. This issue has been reported as fixed for the online version SP1.  We have not deployed SP1 on the on premise but have deployed UR3. Does any know if

  A. this issue was addressed for the on premise environment by SP1

  B. if so is the fix also included in UR3
